In return we ask you to respect these terms and conditions for your use of GreenLiTe Web Design Service.

It is the customers responsibility to make yourself aware of all terms and conditions set out by GreenLiTe and third parties. GreenLiTe will play its part to point the customer in the right direction for such and as much information as GreenLiTe believe the customer will need to make an informal decision. While GreenLiTe will make every effort to make the customer aware of all relevant requirements regarding the services provided by GreenLiTe or third-party suppliers, GreenLiTe accepts no responsibility for customers interpretation of terms set out by third-party suppliers or by GreenLiTe terms and conditions of use.

All domain names and web site docking with our packages are purchased by GreenLiTe from a third-party on the customers behalf. Where a customer is not wishing to buy a web design package but wishes GreenLiTe to purchase a domain name or paid hosting on the customers behalf, your final bill will include GreenLiTe's charge for this service. The customer will be made aware of the original price.

Pricing Policy
Price of packages quoted on our site are to be taken only as a guideline. GreenLiTe will endeavor to make the customer aware of all charges in relation to all work undertaken on a clients behalf.
All accounts must be paid for on completion, however GreenLiTe reserves the right to withhold any part of the package until full payment is completed.

Copyright
GreenLiTe retains the copyright to all material we design unless otherwise specified. Customers will own all material supplied by themselves.

Data Back up
We always back up our data, however it is the sole responsibility of the customer to preserve their own back-ups in relation to their packages. GreenLiTe accepts no responsibility for loss of any material once a contract is completed. Updates and maintenance service to web sites is provided by GreenLiTe by prior arrangement only.

SEARCH ENGINE AND DIRECTORY SUBMISSIONS
We will submit your url, keywords and site description; to at least 3 of the internet's most popular search engine's for their review.
In addition we will submit your url, keywords and site description; to at least 5 web site directories around the world.
However because we have no control over search engine listing's, it is generally understood that no one person including and not limited to, any web site submission's company can guarantee any placement in search engine listing's. This depends on many factor's relating to your site. We will endeavor to optimize your web site pages in respect of this fact to try to increase your web sites presence in the search engine listings.

Free domain names will be issued on completion of contract; that is when confirmation is received that customer is satisfied with their purchase.
Domain names should be applied for at beginning of contract for transfer to be in place on completion of web site upload. Domains can take anything from 48 hour's to be registered. Registration certificates by the Nominet service are issued and will be transferred to customer as and when we receive them. We regret we cannot enter into negotiation about this however you can be assured you will receive appropriate paperwork from our department to confirm ownership of domain.
Domain name provided is renewable every two years and can be renewed direct with registrar or by GreenLiTe; at your request.
Where the latter applies; please note that our own administration fee of £4 will apply.

REFUNDS
Because we promise to work as closely with the customer as is possible, we don't envisage a refund ever being necessary. Refund claims however will not be accepted for contracts finished late where the customer has been notified of any reasonable delay.

Privacy Statement
GreenLiTe will not disclose any of your information with anyone.
