My name is Marc. I work from home designing web sites aimed at those on a budget. I believe we are unique because we build and host quality sites for the budget conscious. My idea of a good web site stems from almost 20 years experience on the internet.
I began designing when the internet was fairly new. As a novice bird keeper, I wanted to find like-minded people and I saw the internet as the easiest way to do that. I designed my first web site using a word processing program and simply saved my design as a web page. I thought I had designed a nice looking yet functional web site, however I was soon to be pleasantly surprised when I launched my world-wide pc club back in August 2000. I met Seth Foley, a web designer based in America. He designed the PC Club Aid web site early in 2001. It was perfect for our club. By then, I was letting my imagination run wild. Myself and my design partner and right-hand man Greg, could be found many nights sitting up till the early hours designing logo and advertisement features for products we were promoting on behalf of our growing empire. We were so successful, many software publishers accepted our software reviews.

I soon took over update of the site. I was guided by Seth to become a web master in my own right. Indeed myself and Greg hand built the successor to the PC Club Aid site when we launched PC TecZone the following year, which eventually led to Greg and myself teaming up for the next 3 years as software testers. My list of software clients became endless. Because of interest changes, I moved away from the software arena for a while, only to return to what I do best in 2005. Since then I have been in the fortunate position to be using some of the most advanced software available today. With the support and encouragement of my wife, the idea to launch GreenLiTe Web Design was an easy one. I now design web sites in a way that need not hog down users experience. I've learnt all the html code techniques known and play around with image layers just for fun.
Technology is constantly on the move, but rest assured; GreenLiTe Web Design are ahead of our field.
